Transcending The Victim-Rescuer-Persecutor Triangle
Fascinating stuff! Catherine…x
Life is such a gift and we should make the most of every moment.
I’m working my butt off trying to get an essay handed in for my Psychology degree, and am nearly halfway through my first year of part-time studies. A fascinating subject. Also loving Yoga, it’s just such a great way to get moving and breathing and focused in a stress free way. In March I’ll be embarking on a ten day course spread over ten months, which will introduce me to the actual workings of Yoga and will help me get more out of my practice – I’m really excited about this as it will do me so much good. Next Sunday, I’ll be officially starting my duties as Lay Minister of Communion in Church, which is a wonderful privilege – I never thought I would be involved in Church in this way, a very special blessing, indeed.
The duck, drake, hens and cockerel are all looking forward to summer as they tell me they’ve had just about enough of ‘glorious’ mud. Some sunshine is what they need – don’t we all! The cat and dog are enjoying a stroll in the garden and the birds are merrily picking at the seeds I put out for them, yesterday. Husband is working away in his study and I’m about to sign off so that I can get cracking on my essay.
May you all have a productive and enjoyable day!
A beautiful meditation, well worth practicing…
